Order

Cancellations & Changes

Our goal at The Faithful Outfitter is to process orders efficiently for fast delivery. Items are immediately prepared after orders are placed and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled after 24 hours of the order date.

All orders consisting of twenty five (25) items or greater must be validated with at phone verification and cannot be canceled or changed after the order is processed.

 

 Returns

You must return or exchange your order within 21 days of the ship date of your order. 

Merchandises must be returned in its original, unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included.  Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping or exchange the item based on your selection.

The Faithful Outfitter will pay the shipping for the first return of an item or order.  Subsequent returns will be at the customer’s expense, unless the item was received in error.

 

 How to return or exchange your item(s)

1. Email returns@thefaithfuloutfitter.com about your exchange/return.
2. Print and complete the Returns Form.
3. Mail merchandise and Returns Form to:

4. Wait for the email confirmation regarding the status.

*Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the merchandise.
